Questions
- Do prices include tax?
- No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Reminders pause until you choose a plan. Your data, Xero sync and exports keep working.
- Do you collect payments from my customers?
- No. Your customers pay you exactly as they do today. We only help you follow up.
- Does it change anything in Xero?
- No. Access is read-only: invoices, credit notes, payments, contacts and organisation settings.
- Is anything sent without my approval?
- No. A person on your team approves every message, and Xero is checked again right before it's sent.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period.
